No one knows who she is. This appears to be one of those hundreds of shorts or loops distributed to small adult book store with peep booths in the 1970s. I saw an interview with a producer who pioneered these loops. He said he and friends hit the streets of San Francisco during the heyday of the hippy/counterculture movement offering 50-75 bucks for work.
