Sure it is a legal warning to all users not to share your profile content on the internet, but how enforceable is it?
Let's say someone shares your content on another site. You respond with a stern warning via a letter from your lawyer requiring them to cease and desist. They respond with a hearty "Fuck you!"
By the way, if your content is online for a pico-second, it has already spread like shit through a goose.
You take them to court.

- His junk. My client has since clarified this reference is to his penis and testicles.
- Him masturbating. Quite a lot of references to this one.
- Wearing women's panties
- Urinating, sometimes into his own mouth
- Wearing stocking and suspenders whilst inserting various objects into his anus
- Various lewd messages to other men and women on the "XHamster" indicating his willingness to perform sexual acts upon them.
